Pregnant Woman Fell & Died Inside Pit Latrine Toilet 2 Weeks To Wedding In Ogun State (PICTURED)

A 4-months pregnant bride identified as Akinjolie Idowu Wuraola has died in Ogun state after she fell inside soakaway pit just two weeks before her wedding.

The deceased woman fell into the soakaway pit at her residence at 2, Believer Street, Oluwo Opeilu, Ikija in Ogun state, southwest Nigeria.

Wuraola, a native of Ile Oluji Ondo State, was said to have washed some of her clothes on Friday morning and was about to hang them on the rope when she stepped on top of the soakaway pit covered with mud slab and the slab gave way and she fell inside the soakaway pit.

The deceased was rushed to three hospitals before she eventually died.

A lady in her early 20s who identified herself as Miss Ronke told our reporter that the late Wuraola was an easy going person, adding that she will be greatly missed by her friends and neighbours.

“She was such a nice person. She did not like quarrel. Everyone who knew her will surely miss her,” said Ronke.

All attempts to see her fiance, 32-year old Femi John, who hails from Kogi state proved abortive as no one could give our reporter his address.
